 Welcome to  our condo. It's our  place to escape, relax and keep active.  We love to ski here because  it's never busy and there's lots of intermediate and advanced terrain to  suit both our levels. In spring, summer and fall we love to hike, visit  the parks and enjoy a refreshment on the patio.  We especially like  Kimberley because it's a real town not just a ski village and offers so  many activities and beauty.

The Sunken living room has beautiful dark hardwood floors, cozy gas  fireplace, luxurious sofa (folds out for 2nd bed), comfy recliner chair  and tub chair, TV/DVD/Stero.  Living area walks out to a large private  deck (deck chairs) with fantastic views of the ski hill, treed area and  the Rockies. Relax after a day of activities, put your feet up, read a  book and enjoy the views and a beverage in front of the fireplace.   

The large superbly equipped kitchen has everything you need and more.   Includes stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave, lots of cooking utensils,  pots and pans, dishes and glassware for 8+, serving platters, toaster,  coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and more.  Adjoining dining area  with table and chairs for 6.  Main level has beautiful new plank  flooring. 
 

One Queen Bedroom with two dressers, night tables, wardrobe and large window with pretty view. Full bathroom with tub/shower.
